Cancellation and change conditions depend on the final operating model and the terms supplied with a confirmed quotation.
Before a booking is confirmed
You may withdraw a quotation request at any time before accepting a confirmed arrangement. A submitted form alone does not create a booking or payment obligation.
After confirmation
If a journey becomes a confirmed booking, its written confirmation should state how to cancel, the applicable deadline, any fee, refund method and treatment of non-refundable costs. These details may differ according to the route, notice period, date and arrangements made for the journey.
Changes to flight or itinerary
Notify the service as soon as possible if the flight, date, time, destination, passenger count, luggage or requested stops change. A change may require a new availability assessment, vehicle review or quotation. It cannot be assumed that the original arrangement will automatically continue.
Delays and missed meetings
The confirmed terms should explain the meeting procedure, any included waiting allowance, additional waiting charges and what to do if you cannot reach the agreed point. Do not assume unlimited waiting or automatic flight monitoring.
Operator changes or cancellation
The final policy will explain what happens if the operator cannot provide a confirmed journey. Any replacement, refund or alternative arrangement will be governed by the specific booking terms and applicable law.
How to request a cancellation or change
Use the contact method stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Include the lead traveller’s name, travel date, route and booking reference if one has been issued. A request is not complete until receipt is acknowledged through the agreed channel.
